NEDLAC SECRETARIAT CHANGES
There have been a number of changes in Nedlac personnel since
the list sent out in Dialogue Vol 6 no 1.
Natalie Robbs, General Manager, Vika Mpisane, Programme Manager,
and Anusha Makka, Co-ordinator of the Public Finance and Monetary
Policy Chamber, have resigned this year. Itumeleng Masese, former
co-ordinator of the Trade and Industry Chamber, has been promoted
into a new position: Senior Co-ordinator.
Barbara Adair, Research Co-ordinator, was involved in a serious
car accident at the end of May, and subsequently resigned from
Nedlac. We wish her well in her recovery. In the interim, a
research intern, Thami Maseko, has been helping to fill the
gap.
New staff include Mahlogonolo Monyeki, who is assistant
co-ordinator in the Trade and Industry chamber. She will be joined
by Refilwe Mosuwe, who has moved from the Development Chamber.
Brenda Chauke was taken on specifically to co-ordinate the WSSD
process within Nedlac, but will continue to assist in the
Development Chamber. Joy Smith has been appointed as Co-ordinator
in the Labour Market Chamber. With the move to the new building,
Nedlac needed to take on a security and maintenance person, and
Isaac Machaba has been appointed to fill that role.
New administrators include Preya Keshav and Moose Burger. Moose
will be servicing the Trade and Industry and Development Chambers,
whilst Preya will be administrator in the Executive Director's
office.
Tsholo Lelaka has been promoted from an administrator to an
assistant co-ordinator. She is currently servicing the Public
Finance and Monetary Policy Chamber, until Mpatametje Mabelane
starts in October. Siphiwe Mabaso has moved from the Labour Market
Chamber to the Development Chamber.
